Building on the award-winning EX-M1, the EX-M1+ carries forward everything that made its predecessor exceptional. It features an advanced microprocessor-controlled design, a MUSE volume control, and dual 400VA encapsulated transformers.
The quasi-monoblock amplifier stage with EXICON lateral MOSFETs further elevates its performance, delivering the ultra-fast, dynamic sonic response for which KINKI STUDIO is renowned.

Drawing inspiration from the award-winning EX-M1, the EX-M1+ retains all the positive aspects of its predecessor. It boasts an advanced microprocessor-controlled design, as well as a MUSE volume control and dual 400VA encapsulated transformers.
The quasi-monoblock amplifier stage with EXICON MOSFET lateral is another feature that enhances the EX-M1+’s already outstanding sound quality, renowned for its ultra-fast and dynamic sonic response.
PREAMP OUT · HT BYPASS
The EX-M1+ introduces long-awaited features such as Preamp Output and HT Bypass, thoughtfully refined for greater versatility. The Preamp Output can be enabled or disabled directly from the redesigned Remote Control Unit.
This flexibility allows the EX-M1+ to serve as a dedicated preamp or as an integrated amplifier, with the preamp output driving a subwoofer or powering our EX-B7 monoblocks for bi-amping loudspeakers.
Similarly, HT Bypass can be activated at the press of a button, bypassing the preamp stage so the EX-M1+ functions purely as a high-performance power amplifier.
Similarly, the HT Bypass Input can be activated with a single press of the button on the Remote Control Unit, allowing the preamp stage to be bypassed and the EX-M1+ to function as a power amp.
HIGH DAMPING MODULAR POWER STAGE
The amplification stage is mounted directly onto a custom, gold-anodized heat sink for superior thermal management. Each channel features a dedicated module with dual EXICON MOSFETs operating in Class AB, delivering 215 watts into 4–8 ohms with authority and precision.
With its high damping factor, the EX-M1+ exerts exceptional control over loudspeakers, unlocking their full potential. High-current rail supplies provide a fast-recovery DC source to the power stage, ensuring stability and impact.
Engineered with an ultra-high slew rate and DC-coupled architecture, the EX-M1+ eliminates capacitors from the signal path, preserving absolute purity. The result is a sound that is neutral, transparent, and richly detailed, with lightning-fast transients and a wide dynamic range.
CRAFTED TO PERFECTION
With 215 watts RMS into 8 ohms, the EX-M1+ stands as one of the rare integrated amplifiers in its class capable of such drive. Even with both channels engaged, it effortlessly powers virtually any loudspeaker.
